i ever took.
to prepare for this test you should use:
1- Course 2150: Designing security.
2- Course 2154: Active Director (more than 70% of exam covered
Group policies and templates)
3- Security operations guide from microsoft.
4- Win2000 Service pack deployment guide.
5- Some important utilities you should be aware of:
*MBSA.
*qchain.exe
*hfnetchk.exe.
*eventcomp.
*URL scan (comes with IIS Lockdown Tool)
*hotfix.exe
6- you should know some of the very important secrit issues.
7- Certificates!!!
8- Port assignment that will be used with firewalls to permit
cerain traffic.
9- i had 3 Q's regarding ISA2000, 2 Q's regarding SQL2000, 2 Q's
regarding Exchange2000.
10- IPsec, PPTP, L2TP details and all authentication methods will
be very helpful.
11- Got one Question regarding Wireless communications with Win-XP
Prof Clients. (i know nothing about it yet but i'll start soon)
YES!, it's a tough exam and i am waiting for the course to be
officially released cause i expect it to be one of the best
courses MS ever had!
