DESCRIPTION

Once you have taken at least one certification exam, you can track your progress toward achieving certification using CertManager/I7.

If you have registered for an exam through Prometric, use your Candidate ID on your Prometric Examination Score Report to access the site and obtain your password. If you have taken a web-based certification exam on the Prometric web site, your permanent username and password is your valid login and password for CertManager/I7.

Using CertManager/I7, you can:

• Update your personal information
• View your personal exam history for certification exams
• View your progress towards a Citrix certification
• Change your password
• Submit an on-line help request to customer service

Note that it will take at least four business days after completing an exam to have your records appear on CertManager/I7.
