DESCRIPTION
The Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) certification
program is designed for individuals who want to expand their
customer base to boost sales revenue. Upon attaining the CCSP
certification, Citrix business affiliates will know how to most
effectively present Citrix technology as the solution to prospective
clients. CCSPs have a thorough overview of Citrix technology,
products and services, and know how to sell and market them.

Requirements

On December 1, 2003, Citrix Education announced an updated CCSP
certification program. Although the updated requirements do not go
into effect until May 1, 2004, certification candidates are
encouraged to pursue the updated requirements to maximize the life
of their certifications.
Note:Beginning May 1, 2004,
new certificates will be sent to those individuals who have
completed the updatedCCSP certification
requirements.
Note: “Alternate eLearning”
refers to an eLearning course that satisfies the same requirement as
another eLearning course. For example, if CTX-1302AW is an alternate
eLearning course for CTX-1302BW, then as far as the certification
rules are concerned, exams CTX-1302AW and CTX-1302BW are
equivalent.

certification:
